OUTREACH MINISTRY
The Outreach Committee assists those less fortunate than us directly or by finding resources to meet their needs and/ or by funding organizations that meet the needs of less fortunate in the Lafayette area.  The majority of the funds received through donations made to the St. Mary Charities Collection are used to help those less fortunate.  For more information regarding this ministry, please contact:

Help for the Needy:
Help for the Needy Ministry creates an awareness in our community of those who are materially deprived and carries out activities to alleviate those needs. For more information regarding this ministry or to volunteer, please contact:

The St. Mary Outreach committee assists other outreach ministries monthly within the city of Lafayette such as:  Msgr. Segur Center, St. Joseph Diner, St. Joseph Men Shelter, St. Michael veterans center, Stella Marais Center, Faith House, Family Promise, United Christian Outreach, and Womans Center.

Our seasonal outreach efforts help the churches St. Martin de Porres, in Scott, and Our Lady of the Assumption in Carencro.
