St. Mary Lenten Mission will be a Mass beginning at 6:00 pm. The Very Rev. William Blanda, VF for the Southern Deanery and Pastor of St. Peter Church in New Iberia, will be the Celebrant and Homilist for the Mass. The Mission Topic will be The Eucharist. Monday, March 15 focuses on Standing Before the Lord. Tuesday, March 16 focuses on Walking with the Lord and the Lord Walking with Us. Wednesday, March 17 focuses on Kneeling Before the Lord. There will be NO 7:00 am Masses on Mission days.

A simple Lenten meal followed by a mini workshop on "Praying Together: Creating Greater Intimacy" will be presented by Catholic Spiritual Directors and retreat leaders Robin and Easton Hebert. Designed for couples either married or dating. The workshop begins at 6:15 pm, in Founders Hall. Vegetable soup and grilled cheese are on the menu. Donations collected will benefit Operation Rice Bowl.
This lesson is for young families. All Elementary CCD families and any families with young children in grades 1-5 are invited to attend. The lesson will be given in Boumans Hall beginning at 9:00 am.
